100% Toronto needs to limit vehicles downtown, to implement streetcar and bus only lanes. They will double as emergency vehicle lanes. And we need to keep taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts off them. We have downtown street grid for 1960s Toronto, not for a region 8 times the population.
