- The best advice I’ve ever heard was to never make decisions on a Friday afternoon. By then you’re often tired and it’s the worst time to make decisions that need clarity. The exhaustion and eagerness to finish the week create a dangerous combination. It’s a small adjustment, but one with big impact.
