- Doing some work around staff support- horizontal violence should not be happening but sadly it does . If we are to be recognised as a highly skilled patient safety centric profession we are ,we should be supporting one another & leaders need to ensure staff support is at the very heart of nursing

- So far I am really liking blue sky - no anger, no division and no hatred - just like minded people who want to share their passions, share best practice and learn from one another - reminds of how Twitter used to be before toxicity set in - long may it continue
