- For no good reason I have had the theme song from the Hellsing Anime (2001/2) stuck in my head. It is now out of my head. The listen need has been fulfilled. Semi related both it and the Cowboy Beebop soundtrack has stood the test of time surprisingly well.
- Rest Update: SUCCESS. Took last night as a night of rest and quiet enjoyment. I went to bed early and got a good night’s sleep. Feeling much better today. Taking it easy these next few days - and trying to keep my weekend mostly quiet.
- Often I overextend. When that happens I have moment like this one. I am past tired, to the point of exhaustion. I am overstimulated, but need to restore my environment so it is nurturing instead of chaos. Looking back on my time away from work. I should have set aside more time for rest.
- Returned to work after ~3 weeks off. I have regrets.
- Sometimes I wonder if Cat’s in the Cradle is really about an exorcist dealing with a generational cursed hair piece once owed by a man named William. Think about it - it’s right there in the first verse. …but there were planes to catch and Bill’s Toupee… SEE!

- New Year. 2025 was huge. So much change. On the positive note, going into 2026 with new friends, revived connections with old friends, a delightful family, a reinvigorated sense of self, and fresh purpose. I am grateful for so much.
