- All the Nelsonny goodness frm this 3-way (4including Manchester museum) collab -very NEIPA but low carbonation making it seek like a cask ale. - My @rosscider.bsky.social subscriber box came yesterday and what better bottle to open first than the 2023 raison d'etre! Quite sharp&a little sulphorous on the nose its relatively gentle to taste with a good balance of tanin&acidity with a subtle islay peatsmoke following on, a wisp of carbonation
