- Stories like mine are not the typical stories you hear in the halls of Congress. A little over a decade ago, my family and I were in chronic homelessness. Now I'm running for Congress to push back against the bullshit and rigged economy that crushes the souls of working people.

- They’re rigging the game mid-decade because they can’t win on their own merits, and black voters will likely be targeted the most. That’s how we do thangz down here in the South. That’s how republicans work.
- My remarks at the Broward School Board today were in support of school lunch debt relief and universal school meals. The Trump administration cut crucial programs and took food out of the mouths of children. We will find a way to ensure that no child in Broward goes hungry.

- Republicans have passed the big nasty bill, slashing your Medicaid and taking healthcare away from 17M Americans, including seniors, disabled people, pregnant women, and children. Vote them out.
- Republicans voted to gut your Medicaid, and healthcare for your kids because they don’t give af about you. They only care about billionaires and their corporate donors. Tell everyone you know.

- Once again, this is a line that should not be crossed. Using the U.S. military against Americans on American soil is not only illegal, it will erode trust in the United States government and our armed forces. This is a crime and any official who orders this is committing treason.
- Threatening to use active duty military to attack your own citizens is something you might expect from a dictatorial regime or a tyrant like Assad. It has no place in the United States. Trump should be removed from office and Pete Hegseth should be tried for treason.
- Authoritarian fascist violence from the Trump administration threatens free speech and dissent. Any use of active duty military to attack American citizens is unconstitutional and a red line. All unconstitutional orders must be defied by law.
- Elon and Trump breaking up? During pride month? Some advice: block his number and don’t text back.
