Once loved an artist for their work. Put it right up there with the greats. Probably still would if they didn't lock everything away behind a paywall now.
Delayed public releases after subscription privy are good. Drip feeding the basics to the public while hoarding the good stuff for subs? Nah fam
Sep 12, 2025 02:37They think because the cost of that subscription is low, that it's fine. In reality, there are more and more artists following that method every year, and anyone financially responsible must choose to refrain from those growing subscriptions, lest they go broke from them.
The subscription as an entirely is crippling our society. It is giving us the illusion of more money in our pockets, while it does the opposite. A little bit here, a little bit there. Then, before you know it, you are short on rent. You can't go out anywhere cause you need gas money.
