If you want some journalism anecdotes, here are a lot:
- As expected, count 1 of the Cop City RICO indictment has been dismissed by Fulton County Judge Kevin Farmer on the grounds that the Attorney General's office did not seek the required permission to prosecute a RICO indictment. The state has already announced its intent to appeal this ruling.
- In a separate ruling, Farmer declined to dismiss the domestic terrorism charges. I'm waiting to see if a ruling will be posted on the arson charges.
