- Storming into 2026, six weeks now since I have smoked and 32lbs (2.3 Stone/14.5kg) dropped in weight in 10 weeks! The Mounjaro has allowed me to focus more on higher quality, nutrient dense foods because my meals are significantly smaller, no snacking and very few empty calories. Different mindset.

- Quick update on my last posts, now 21.6lb down and smoke free for 8 days!
- So exactly one month ago I was told I was going into heart failure, I spent 3 days in hospital having numerous tests whilst they tried to stabilise my condition, I truely thought I had blown it and could only dwell on the irony that 3 days previously I asked my GP for Mounjaro, I wanted change.

- I've been visualising a gaming/office/streaming room for 6 years, made plans, picked up bits and pieces for it and finally in the past week it has become reality.. I still have some finishing touches but my PC is in and set up and it's looking better than expected. It's been an emotional ride!

- I totally understand how people would feel frustrated that they are not being heard by Labour or the Conservatives, I get it.. However how can anyone look at the US and think "That looks great, we could do with some of that over here!" it's the exact same fucking playbook! Farage is not an option.
