- The pic on the left was taken April ‘22 & started my weight loss journey. The pic on the right taken Friday. I have lost 30% of my body weight. Fat % ⬇️. No longer diabetic or high blood pressure. When I saw the pic on the left last night, I did not even recognize myself. 15-20 lbs to goal weight.

- Last week, while in DC, I spent time primal screaming and flipping off some of the institutions that have angered me. The first pic is the DOJ. That finger got me followed four blocks. Snowflakes.

- A little more than 24 hours and I get to hug my kiddo. Living so far apart sucks.

- First, I preface this to say I am okay. But damn, getting biopsy results back that say skin cancer is scary. Completely treatable - more annoying than anything. And completely preventable. Don’t tan. Use sunscreen. Wear rash guards & hats. Unless you want to lose a hunk of tissue.
- 9 days. I think Byron Marshall is one of the most underrated rb’s.
- There are not many better things in life than freshly washed sheets on the bed. Now I have to fight crawling in…..
- 1 week and college football is on. I will sit my ass on the couch and make some grooves and drink my coffee and enjoy. Probably some crappy ball, but I will be delighted to watch it. 2 weeks until I am back in Autzen…… the long dark period is almost over. #GoDucks

- When your adult kiddo says “Mom, let’s do a last minute Disney trip.” And you, well you book the Disney trip. Lol.

- My kid said this shirt has to stay home on our trip to DC. When did I become the rebel risk taker and she became the adult?????

- Still thinking about which name to put on the back on my blinged rhinestones jersey….. thinking it may have to be Boettcher. Home town kid. Though he drafted in baseball, he is playing his senior year in football. Was a walk on for football. I like a good story. #GoDucks
