- I played and beat Fable III this week, and I wondered why I was emotional when it ended - the story's alright but not tears-worthy - and it occurs to me that I had been playing as a government leader who genuinely cared about her people. I haven't experienced that in some time.

- IT'S FINALLY HERE!! BFYTW Does Taskmaster 300 LIVE in Colorado, night 1! Night 2 coming soon! youtu.be/RJwW45yKtdw?...
- Here's the teaser for the BFYTW Does Taskmaster 300 videos, they'll be up on YouTube soon!
- Since returning from Colorado, life has felt empty. It's a combination of having real human connection for 5 days followed by returning to my empty apartment and having to replace said connection with social media - and the fact that I got to do my dream and now have to go back to the nightmare.
- Yes! This! Make me laugh with your review, and you instantly win me over.
- I'll amend my previous statement - if you haven't read the book, but your review is funny, you get a pass. Even if it's a single sentence like "It's an absolutely fantastic doorstop."
- I will take positive. I will take negative. Just make it evident you have actually READ the books, lol, authors can always tell.

Reviews are free AND they are a gift to authors that can keep on giving (i.e., exposure, marketing, algo boosts, etc.) Please, give the gift of reviews to your authors this holiday season. It really can make a difference!
- A year-long journey has come to a close. Episode 300 is in the books, and what a wild, hilarious ride. A champion has been crowned and claimed their prize, and now we say "until next time." But never "goodbye". After all...episode 400 is a mere two years away. #bfytw #Taskmaster #live #podcast
- In less than an hour, a year's worth of preparation, 67 hours of editing, and five exasperated-but-brilliant contestants will all come down to this. It's BFYTW Does Taskmaster time. Buckle up.
- In two days, one of our five contestants will be going home with this:
- Here we go...waiting for the flight that will carry me to the greatest show I've ever done.
- I should not be as proud of this as I am. My Dad: (talking up Ken Burns' American Revolution documentary) If America hadn't won Saratoga, then the French would never have helped us. Me: My God, then we'd all be speaking English.
- I was starting to think I had no desire for romance, but I just caught myself thinking about the thirty-seven that got away. Also, I hate that phrase "the one that got away". Feels predatory. 'The one who made a different choice' feels too clinical. 'The one who wasn't for me', maybe?
- Fixed a typo in the poster - Episode 300 is coming up FAST, so get your tickets now: checkout.square.site/merchant/5H6...
- Me: So my promotion means I'll finally outrank someone in my department in which I have served longer than anyone else? Boss: Actually, we're looking into paying for an A.I. to cover your former duties. Me:

- Unironically listening to the Ghostbusters II soundtrack like it's 1989.

- Just speed-ran the finale of Curse of Strahd. Broke into the precise room he was hiding in. My Wild Magic Sorc gained a reincarnation with a surge roll. Automaton and I tackled him out a window, the opposed strength check 19-18. 900 foot drop. Holy symbol and Hold Vampire prevented escape. 2 rounds.
- Y'all. When I tell you that BFYTW 300: BFYTW Does Taskmaster might be the funniest thing I have EVER done, it is not hyperbole. I have only ever been mid-tier funny. This is S-rank funny. Peak Improv Theatre, Colorado Springs, Dec. 5th and 6th, tickets on sale now: peakimprov.com/events-2-1/b...
- Never remind me of my failures. That's MY job.
- If one more person doesn't understand why changing their network disconnected their copier from the network, I will scream so loud that every dog for thirty miles will start barking.
- Sorry, everyone. That sound you heard was work making my eyes roll so hard that the centrifugal force slammed my head into my desk.

- Super proud of this episode, this is the first gameshow I created without any influence from an existing show, and it's so good, and went so well, that I'm thinking about actually pitching it to TV. bfytwpod.com?p=1564

- Applied for my dream job today. Senior Writer for a triple-A game. I haven't a snowball's chance in the Sahara of getting it, but I would've ass-kicked myself forever if I didn't try.
- In a way, I'm upset with Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. When I wrote Rekha and the Inevitability of Life, it was meant to be a story about grief and the consequences of failing to deal with it. And then Clair Obscur tells a FAR BETTER story about that exact same thing. I'm both impressed AND jealous.
- Finished Clair Obscur: Expedition 33. It's a truly haunting, beautiful game about grief, phenomenally well-acted, and a stunning reinvigoration of the turn-based RPG.
- I talked to my best friend and soulmate for two hours last night, she helped soothe my wounded soul. She laid out a plan, and I enacted it. That plan failed. I had already beefed it too hard. But I'm already healing myself, and I can’t help but be grateful that my life was enriched, even briefly.
- This is a fantastic game and at $1.50, you legitimately have no excuse.
- I swear, I just fuck everything up and will never allow myself to be happy. Inexpensive therapy. I need it. Does it exist?
- AHHHH Benjamin Joe wrote a BEAUTIFUL article about me and the process of creating Rekha! Please give it a read! www.1120press.com/post/diy-wri... #booksky
- Co-worker: "I just bought Rekha and the Inevitability of Life." 😃 Co-worker: "I'm not gonna read it, but I bought it." 😐
