- In 2009 as a nephrology trainee I asked a wise old nephrologist what his practice was regarding CKD-MBD as I was confused. His reply “well Chris I mostly ignore it unless the values are awful because there isn’t a shred of evidence for any of it…” Turns out he’s still right!
