- One of the reasons I moved to the UK was because of the strength of their world-class astronomical community that had been built through long-term dedicated support for astronomy and planetary science research.

Obviously, adjust them to your fitness level, but the main goal is get yourself warmed up for physical activity. You can't go from 0 to 60 here, & you'll get a better idea of what you can handle!
