- Esto y mil veces esto. Incluso si aceptamos que la ocupación sea un "problema" (que no lo es, porque es el síntoma), viene fundamentalmente de viviendas vacías y descuidadas por grandes propietarios. La razón es obvia: es el único tipo de sitio que es fácil ocupar ❗️
