There are everyday people who suffer great losses yet find the courage and will to move forward by taking care of others, volunteering at shelters and soup kitchens, participating in support groups to help others find their way.
They just dont do it in the public eye.
Now, I think that's very nice but WHY is this so incredible? I realize she lost her husband and is raising her children on her own (so to speak). But, does this make her the humanitarian to beat all humanitarian?
What about people like Mother Teresa or St Francis Xavier Cabrini, or Jimmy Carter,
I just came across a babbling narrative about erika Kirk's "gesture" and the heartfelt emotion that she felt and that was evoked. I had to do some digging to find out exactly what the "gesture" was. It seems she gestured "I love you" in American Sign Language.

Regarding Adiana Smith, the young woman in Georgia who was declared brain dead but could not be taken off life support because she was pregnant. The baby was born via C-Sect, and has a litany of severe health issues.
