- I have been terrorized by neighbours who get access into my bulkheads and walls via plumbing and electrical routes to pump in gases (like C02 from canisters) among other things, blast me with 27 hz sound, esp at night, stomp at 3 am: no punishment great enough for this. This terror killed my mom.
