- So, there you have it. The United States voting with Russia, Belarus, & North Korea, against #Ukraine and NATO allies. Even China abstained. This is not isolationism. This is taking sides, the side of the aggressors.
- Reposted by Adam LupelMerz just said on German TV that the primary priority of his government will be to ensure that Europe can achieve full strategic independence from the United States in the defence against Russia. Merz was once a die hard Atlanicist. Now, after Trump he is a Gaullist. Extraordinary.

- Much to reflect upon as we depart @munsecconf.bsky.social today. We’ve entered a critical, dangerous moment in the transatlantic relationship. One bright spot was our @ipinst.bsky.social lunch on a new vision for peace in the Middle East. Difficult days ahead but #AnotherWayIsPossible
- Two ministerial events today @munsecconf.bsky.social on Israel-Palestine, Q from audience: where is civil society? Tomorrow @ipinst.bsky.social hosts a side event with joint Israeli Palestinian movement ALFA: 2 states One Homeland . #Peace will come from grassroots.

- There is no coherence to US policy. Reductions in food aid have an established record of stimulating increased migration flows, something this administration is working to suppress. I know, #StatingTheObvious
- This seems pretty clear: As USAID was established by Congress, “the President does not have the authority to abolish it; congressional authorization would be required to abolish, move, or consolidate USAID.” #HeDoesNotHaveAuthority crsreports.congress.gov/product/pdf/...
