- I think it’s important to compliment people. I had bloodwork done today and the woman’s technique was some of the best I’ve ever had. I told her and by her reaction she doesn’t hear it enough. Compliment people who treat you well. They need to know.

- I don’t want to brag but I have a male doctor who actually listens to me and seems well informed on women’s issues. It’s still early in the doctor/patient relationship because, Alberta, but he seems legit. Plus, he’s nice!
- I’m not going to weigh in on the debate about social media bans for kids but it does make me think about how much privacy we’ve given up. I remember being a kid and being more free to make mistakes because not everything was recorded and posted somewhere.
- I watched that P. Diddy the reckoning documentary and aside from the obvious shit it pissed me off so bad to hear all these people talk about how they saw him beat and abuse women and they did nothing. Even in the documentary there seems to be no awareness. Abusers and their enablers every time.

- Someone asked me if I like movies and instinctively I said yes. The problem is I can’t even remember the last movie I watched and they were like what was your favourite in the last year.😬 it ended with them saying “are you sure you like movies” and we laughed but like am I sure? 😂

- I love this new thing I’ve developed where I cannot control my body temperature and vacillate between being way too hot or shivering. Totally recommend if you love living in discomfort.
