- Oddly the last two music posts are sort of related because the same long lost former roommate who turned me on to the Grateful Dead also turned me on to the Replacements.
- Happy 40th anniversary to this classic SNL performance by the Replacements. Don’t think I saw it live—it would be another couple months before i caught onto them, and exactly 6 months before I saw them myself at the Channel in Boston. But I have probably watched this clip 50 times since.
