I see that raw milk is back in the news cycle.
Do not drink raw-milk. Do not give it to your pets. Farms and barnyards are dirty places and there are many opportunities for bacteria to contaminate the milk.

Our ancestors ate raw-fermented milk products because they had no other workable option to make milk safer.
We have pasteurization. It is much better.
