Time to finally share: Back in January, my manager let me go. While it was amicable, I was too embarrassed to tell anyone. Felt like a failure. But since then, I wrote a well-received comedy sample, pitched a major studio who's reading me, & taught a workshop to 100 people. I think I'm doing okay.
