He said Russia will therefore continue its military operation and that Russian forces strike targets they consider linked to Ukraine’s military complex.
- Just the usual meaningless nonsense. The 'decisions' he talks about about are clearly just acceptance of Russia's terms. This is just Russian games to make it look as if they actually seek peace when they don't, they just want Ukraine's capitulation.

- They are just winging it. It is clear as day what is really going on and Trump just expects his lackeys to make it all look legit.
