- Reposted by rosieeThe death toll in Gaza has already been updated to 61,709. The true scale of Israel's atrocities is only just emerging - and officials must face justice for every single life lost. So should those who continued to send weapons, knowing full well they were enabling genocide.

- 20 years ago the Indian Ocean tsunami hit our resort in Sri Lanka, and miraculously my family and I all escaped. Almost a quarter of a million people weren't as lucky as us. Today we went to pay our respects at the memorial in the Natural History Museum gardens.

Good trade.

- very interesting to find out that 52% of all battery production does not require nickel and cobalt anymore, including for EVs. Deep-sea mining needs to be completely taken off the table now pls

- Reposted by rosieeThe ICC’s arrest warrants are long overdue. The Prime Minister & Foreign Secretary must immediately endorse this decision. That is the bare minimum. Will the UK government now, finally, honour its international obligations to prevent genocide and end all arms sales to Israel?
- Reposted by rosieeYes, libraries are invaluable for their collections and public services they offer, but also social contact without the expectation to interact with anyone or spend any money is so important to so many people
