- I've been making the Internet wait more. I check for messages once a day, like checking an old physical mailbox. I delay all of my posts by days to weeks. I push social media back more in favor of quietly learning various crafts made by my own hands. I refuse it's urgency, and I make my own.
- I'm alone a lot, but I think it's healthy. There's room for my own thoughts that flow freely in silence. To be alone is to allow myself space to exist unhindered, unjudged, absent of a needless criticality from a manufactured reality, and to disconnect from enforced shame and the control tied to it.
