- If ur a musician & signed away the rights to ur songs in publishing/record deals in the late 80s/early 1990s, it’s time to get them back. Under U.S. Copyright Act, authors have opportunity to kill licenses/assignments made to 3rd parties during a 5year window starting 35 yrs… see next post
