- Whilst the world is chaos, I hope to share a little moment of joy I started working out August 2024 with some light resistance bands at the advice of a physio. I was in pain doing shopping from my hypermobility. Today, I hit my first major goal of 100kg(225lb) conventional deadlift.

- #UKGE is now fully over! It was a great experience. Meeting people in person for the first time from the call to power team. Looking forward to future cons with Gehenna! I will get to writing out the emails for those I need to contact over the next few days after I get back home.
