Ahh, now I think I see where the executioner theory is likely to go canon wise. Alastor might not kill for Lucifer willingly, nor would Lucifer give him the power to do so logically, but there's nothing stopping Alastor from manipulating that man to give him even more power, and convincing him that-

Lucifer is likely now extremely wary of other Sinners now that he could be harmed by them, and Alastor could absolutely twist that in a way where he can act like he can protect him from them while being unable to harm him himself. This theory is plausible under different intentions
