- Carry Me Home A slow spiral of iron and light — quiet, patient, and full of memory. Some spaces don’t rush you. They hold you. #TherapyThroughMyLens #TulipStaircase #ArchitecturePhotography #QuietBeauty #MindfulPhotography #LightAndShadow #BnW #blackandwhite #photography
- Lovely! I'm always a fan of a good spiral!
- Sólheimajökull feels like a landscape caught between worlds — ice, ash, time, and silence. The tiny group of hikers in the distance shows how immense this landscape truly is. Nature writes its story on a scale we can walk across, but never fully grasp. #realphotography #Iceland #glacier #geology

- I want to go back a 4th time to Iceland! Last time was 2022. Have you been back there?

- Horrible! I visited a wolf sanctuary in Colorado this past summer. This is terrible to see.
- Un bonito rincón en los valles pasiegos #cantabria #landscapephotography
- What a magical place! Beautiful shot!
- This is why I love Patagonia! After a 3 am, 12 km hike to mount Cerro Torre, I was surrounded by drizzle & clouds. It was miserable. But just a few minutes later I was graced by the most beautiful light! #bluesky #photography #landscape #mountains #sunrise #naturephotography #travel #nature
- wow! This is truly magnificent. Patagonia is definitely on my bucket list. I was in Chile in 2013, but focused more on the northern half.
- Winter bonsai. Melhus, Norway. Dec 2017.
- Elegantly beautiful!
- I feel it is time for a new pinned post.🎈 I am moving from the chaos of 2025 into a better place. I am looking forward to showing off my newly found independence and grow into my adventurous spirit. I am a Northern Colorado Photographer. Colorado is calling. #photography #blackandwhite #colorado
- Looking forward to seeing you when you return!
- Something a bit more « classic » from the desert… Harmony of desert shapes & sand textures ☺️. Empty Quarter, UAE #photography #art #nature #landscape #desert #harmony
- ooh, so elegantly beautiful, Armand! I've been avoiding social media, but now just returning.
- Side note: I'm back from my social media hibernation. I've started sharing photos of Iceland that show the fascinating geologic processes that form its surreal landscapes. Here is the first one and the series will continue!

- What a cute puffy critter!
- This is the absurdity of our new world: there is a problem with the supply of pistachios now because of a viral tiktok video about a dessert which used them in the ingredients. I just found out about this now as I noticed I couldn't buy raw pistachios in the store this week at all.
- Another of my favorite places… Smith Rock is one of Oregon’s Seven Wonders. This shot is from my visit there in Sept 2021. I’m hoping to get over there again this year!
- I was there in 2016 and thought it was a spectacular place. Funny enough, when I lived in Oregon for two years, I never went there.
- Feeling inspired and wanting to start posting here again. This photo from a magnificent day of fog and sun beams in the redwood forest. #redwoodforest #naturephotography #inspiration #enchantedforest #california

- There is so much fleeting beauty to the world of mountains, lasting seconds before it's gone forever. Far above, barely visible, the peak of Paine Grande in Torres del Paine is transformed into a moment of utter beauty! #photography #travel #nature #bluesky #naturephotography #landscapephotography
- What an incredible shot, Christoph!

- Lovely photo of you! And Happy Birthday again!
- Candlebark trees on top of Mt Warrenheip. The Aboriginal name: Warrengeep, was corrupted to Warrenheip, it means means emu feathers - due to the large number of ferns. Autumn sliding into winter! #Landscape #trees

- One morning on Bandon Beach on the Oregon coast.
- Surprised he even has supporters any more. He is so unhinged.
- Sometimes we just need some inspiration. A glorious moment once captured in a redwood forest.

- Horrifying!

- I am happy to hear that. I've been working on a project for iCivics which is a nonprofit org that provides free educational resources to teach kids about US civics. Important stuff.
- it all falls apart
- Screenshot from here, the most terrifying article I've read recently, which is really saying something: www.cbsnews.com/news/bee-dea...
- Very scary.

- Okay, so at the request of the lovely @trance.bsky.social , I'm going to tell a story about what happens when a shitty person is "just joking", and then discovers there are consequences. AKA That Time Kat Started An Antifascist Hallway Riot In The Third Grade. Grab your beverage of choice.
- Wow. I loved this story, Kat! It’s ironic as I just watched the film The Hunt last night and if you watch it you will see it deals with the same issue you experienced.

- Happy Valentine's Day, Donna! Always loved this crazy photo!

- What a sweet photo of your dog!
- I love this owl that I photographed for several days in 2023. Unfortunately he is no longer alive and I wrote a story about him in my blog which I'll share: wanderlustphotos.com/the-burrowin...
- Unfortunately I don’t have any heart shaped rocks to share on this day of love. But I do have this lady in red. I hope that all of you have someone special to share your lives with, not just today but everyday. Whether that’s a significant other, a sandstone woman, a dog, or an AI girlfriend. ❤️❤️❤️
- ooh, love this Chris!

- Or April? I remember May was so hot, or possibly it was just a heatwave, but we went later in May too. That was a bit late.
- Gm Donna! Soothing swirl of water here! I need to get back into doing long exposure too as I love it. Need to find some good rushing streams around here. It's odd as I rarely photograph in Colorado. I'm already thinking of going to Utah again this Spring for the surreal desert.
- Anyways, tonight was a lot. Here's one more Fuego eruption photo since I recently went through a little editing spree with these. 🌋🙂
- Wonderful shot! Lucky to be able to photograph an erupting volcano. I missed the Icelandic eruption in 2022 by ONE week. It stopped just before I arrived. I've seen a volcano puffing from a distance in Ecudador - Tungurahua. But when we took a trip closer to see it, then it was covered in clouds.

- Love your dog's howls in the beginning! And I love slot canyons too! I've tried to visit many of them in Utah and AZ. But let me guess, is this one in Utah?

- Indeed. Apple Maps didn't change it.

- Love the pastels, Christoph!
- Long Dong Silver (yes, that's its name) pinnacle in the surreal desert landscape near Hanksville, Utah. Need to go there again this Spring for another visit! #landscapephotography #utah #desert #blackandwhitephotography
