I've lived all over the US and Europe, maybe in the UK, they eat beans on toast and potato chip butter sandwiches, if I put in the time and effort to make a pizza I want the best ingredients possible , a 5yr old might like the hotdog and fries pizza, my typical pizza
I’ve seen it firsthand with fries but not dogs. FYI, this is a northern Italian thing, you don’t see it in Rome or anywhere in the south.
