Jack of all trades, master of none. Queer weirdo. Not safe for sanity. Also not safe for work! I post cute plushes, fantasy genitalia, and sometimes cute plushes *of* fantasy genitalia. Also books, zines, art dolls... You get the picture. :D
- Amen. The thing that makes art "real" art is that it expresses something about the human condition. Sometimes that something is "humans like to doodle" or "I got bored in class" or "I dunno I just like bugs, here's a bug." That's still art!
- My goober had a play-date today, and while the kids were running around us parents had one too. Her friend's mom is a nail polish nut, and I am a fan of bright and sparklies. So we did nail polish kits! VERY fun.

- Z Boson. Particles continue! Alas, the W Boson had, uh, a bit of an issue so I had to start it over, oops. And today is all Lovanders, but if I get enough done I might make the W later.
- Aaaaaa! These are so good! Salmon jar!
- Eeeeee! I used to have one, a stunning, bitey little bitch of a snake. Alas she passed young, and I have no idea why. They're gorgeous creatures, and if you're willing to put in the work can make excellent pets. Not for beginners, tho. And you WILL get bit. :3
- My doctor has some...annoying tendencies (he seems to want to be my therapist too, and since I *am* getting 2 psych meds from him, I get it, but also plz to not?) but anyhow he's NEVER commented on my weight at all, just on my activity level, which yes is currently non-ideal amounts of sedentary. <3
- It's still an issue given the way US voting shakes out, but yes, it's not something to *panic* about, it's something to be aware of, and to consider how best to counter. Be a hoopy frood, have your towel, and don't panic. :3
- BOO, HERETIC! That's the best one! Don't discontinue them, just send them all to me!
- Gluon and Muon. :3
- SAME! Hahahahaha. Not just about me coming out, either (been a while?) but like, the phrase "the man" is always mentally appended with "now dog dot com" in my brain.
- Absolutely. I didn't become obsessed with dragons because I wanted to be a dragon-slayer, I became obsessed with dragons because dragons encompass POWER (huge size, breathes fire, claws, teeth) and FREEDOM (flight!) and also felt so much like me because they were cast as villains and for what?
- Made so far: All six quarks (and an anti-quark) The Graviton The Electron The Photon To make: LOTS of Gluons W, Z, and Higgs Bosons Tau and Muon Leptons Meson, Proton and Neutron I'm tempted to ask the goober about neutrinos, but really I think I've got enough to do here, lol.
- You can guess which particle this is. :D
- I DO think about birds! Also troodontids, which are nearly birds. I'm *itching* to get the Death in Deep Time/Troodontid Gods story going again, why does the world have to be so exhausting?
- Everyone's a little bit racist, as the song says. Monkey-brained tribalism is baked into human nature! But when you're not only not actively trying to be and do better, when you're instead willfully ignorant and actively embracing it... "Gutter" is probably the kindest thing to be said, tbh.
- Another day of putting off things I should do and just doing something mindless but vaguely useful, because I'm too exhausted for anything more. woo
- Top quark! Silly little Cheeto of a thing.

- I haven't talked much about religion here? I'm a Hellenic Polytheist, aka I worship the Greek gods you learned about in middle school, though they're more complicated than those classes would have you think. Ares is my main patron, and here, now, the struggle against fascism, is much of why.
- Last repost: I see a LOT of people insisting that any violence or escalation that happens at peaceful protests is a failure. Plz to study some history. At least read the MLK Letter from Birmingham Jail? Violence is NOT a failure, violence is part of the fight against oppression. Ares is with us.
- Reposted by Aidan aka. S. ParkSo believe me I understand this is deeply frustrating and unfair, but a march that does everything right and still gets tear gassed is a successful march that is winning. A lot of the strategy of protest is luring the authorities into engaging in obviously, transparently unjust uses of force.
- YUP!!! Also while trying to avoid Amazon I *have* often been paying a premium, but not always! Some things turn out to be the same price or even cheaper elsewhere. But my Community Support Agriculture box is now SO much cheaper than the grocery store it's amazing.
