- Thanks to incredible mobilization and pressure on Congress last week, the Senate voted against a 6-bill funding package that included unnecessary additional funding for ICE and immigration detention. This was a huge win, but the fight is not over!
- Today, the House will vote on a continuing resolution for the DHS funding only. Under the deal, Congress now has two weeks to continue funding negotiations and to consider accountability measures for ICE.
