ARMY, I need advice. I caved & got tix on Stub Hub. I got resale there for PTD LA, but that time the seller transferred tix the day after I bought. I haven't gotten the tix I bought last week yet. Did I get scammed? Stub Hub says the transfer window is now thru the concert day on Aug 28 😵‍💫
