I have never seen as big and obvious of a generational theological divide as an ongoing UM clergy group FB conversation on the consecration communion elements. Every retiree is like "just be pAsToRaL!" Everyone under 45 is thoughtfully referencing This Holy Mystery and the Book of Worship.
