- Tonight’s midnight tea and book club choice is “The Fourth Turning is Here.” Thought-provoking and recommended for all US-based readers (and pretty much anybody else). #books #bookrecs #teatime

- Reposted by Richard EstepThis is true and I was the only one on set excited about it (and playing the song on my phone to blank stares)

- The best and the worst ghosts of all are the ghosts of Christmas past. Be extra kind to yourself today. #3AMThoughts
- You don’t have to spend Christmas Eve alone. Consider yourself invited. #christmas2025 #HolidaySeason
- Midnight cup of tea with my fellow night owls. If you have the watch tonight, stay safe and warm out there. #paramedic #ems #teatime
- It’s been good getting back on a 911 rig this week, building that confidence back after the car wreck. It’s even better coming home to recharge. Y’all stay safe out there. #paramedic #ems #911 #christmas
- I love the firehouse late at night, especially during the holidays. Tonight’s between-call reading is “Kings of the Wyld” by Nicholas Eames. #fantasybooks #books

- My first 911 shift since, almost two months ago, my friends and I were involved in a terrible car wreck. The physical injuries are healing. The psychological ones, less so. I work with the best, most supportive friends and colleagues I could possibly ask for. Scary, but it’s good to be back.
- The TV people are friendly housemates! Great times at the #poltergeist house

- #truecrime Tuesday — two different takes on the haunting Black Dahlia murder, written some 40 years apart. I doubt we’ll ever know for sure who killed poor Elizabeth Short, may she rest in peace, but it’s fascinating to speculate #books #reading
- Spending a quiet evening watching “The Sheik” (1921) while writing about the colorful life (and purported afterlife) of Rudolph Valentino. I’m not judging him for having had multiple wives, which I think is big o’me.
