- Last year had many scientific highlights for me but it ended with a banger. About 1 month ago I disembarked D/V #Chikyu being offshore for the #IODP #Exp405 #JTRACK. It took some time to digest these two months offshore. It was an amazing experience and an engineering marvel. 1/3
- For this year I am looking forward to continue working with several brilliant fellow young researchers on these samples to get deeper insights into mechanisms of the 2011 Tohoku-oki hashtag#megathrust hashtag#earthquake and hashtag#tsunami, and the hashtag#paleoseismicity of the Japan Trench. 3/3
