- Lurchers are the best! Our Abby is a greyhound-shepherd-something cross and has the loveliest character ever. At 13 she may be a bit slower but she'll still outrun any other dog before heading back to the sofa for the rest of the day snooze. www.instagram.com/p/DR9w2EUihTU/ #rescuedogs #lurchers

- Oil painting in progress. Scottish beach looking towards the isles. It's a small canvas and part of a set of 3 which I hope to finish some time soon. #BlueSkyArtShow #small #oilpainting
- Not much time for anything else today as it's our Bruno's Gotcha Day 😍🥰😍 www.instagram.com/p/DRRkci7ihHL/ #retiredgreyhounds #rescuedogs #greyhoundandlurchers
- Shocking to say the least. Small businesses are the heart of the community and this is yet again proof that if you have money, nothings else counts. Spread the news - help Argonaut Books! (Edinburgh - Leith)
- We need your help. @waterstones.bsky.social, without any direct communication with us, will be opening their 6th Edinburgh branch less than 100 metres from our front door at the Foot of the Walk in Leith. Please read on for more information www.heraldscotland.com/news/2562908... (1/2)

- Place your rings, necklaces or a candle on these handmade mandala dishes while doing yoga. The matching bud vases can hold your favourite bloom or lovely scented oil. (www.pellowceramics.co.uk/product-page...) My humble contribution to #BlueMonday #EastCoastKin #BlueSkyMonday

- These are the most fabulous natural decorations! They're so beautiful, right?

- It's been quiet here since it appears we have long Covid and this exhaustion is debilitating. 2 seizures in 2 days is a bit too much... I'm taking a break from screens for a while. (promise me to behave while I'm gone!)
- Our resident #FestiveDailyRobin is turning out to be quite the bully! When the bird feeders are out, he's the first at it and if I don't fill his own tray quickly enough, he's loud as can be. Amazing how much character birds can express #birds #photography #EastCoastKin
- I've been told I am really rubbish at self promotion and I have to admit, I am. I'm working on it. So please have a look at my goodies available from the British Craft House 😍 Thank you so much! thebritishcrafthouse.co.uk/shop/pellow-... #ceramics
- When this is your daily commute.... (my husband's) #scape #lochsomethingasIdontrecallwhere #EastCoastKin #photography
- For Rob's #BirdOfTheDay in the #worst category, one of our resident doves may apply. Got ready to take the shot when he turned around... Not the part I wanted! 🤣 #worst #birds #photography #dove
- For Rob's #BirdOfTheDay in the #underrated category, I picked this female blackbird. They are such a part of my morning ritual with their loud songs, waking up the others in the neighbourhood and telling everyone about their dreams! #birds #photography #blackbird @alan678.bsky.social

- It truly was #SweatherWeather this week af freezing temperatures, followed by a midsummer day at 15°Celcius the next. This is one of my po-jama dog hangings to fit the theme of today :) (available here: www.pellowceramics.co.uk/shop/dogs ) UK only, sorry US.
- For the #ColorADay I chose this #BWFri picture of a Caledonian Pine, one of my favourite trees. Not sure why I like them so much. Maybe it's their interesting shapes or because they descend from such ancient trees, the first after the late glacial period.
- A walk down the road... not a soul... breathing in the peace and quiet. #scape #hillscape #photography #hillwalking

- The perks of working in the highlands 😍 This cutie came up to my husband to say hello during his morning round on the Ardnamurchan Peninsula. #highlandwildlife #deer #scotland #animallove

- For the #ColorADay #YellowThu I chose this prickly bush called Gorse (Ulex europaeus) which grows here in abundance between January and June. It provides shelter to birds and is beneficial to bees. We have bright yellow ochre walls in the house which lift the mood when it's raining again☺️
- Acrylic painting called "Patch" - after Patch Adams. Acrylic on canvas with Terracotta clay button for #WackyWednesdayArt
