- EARTHONE research at the Italian pilot site shows how soybeans respond to a mature poplar agroforestry system. Soil sampling, microclimate data and field measurements reveal strong competition near the trees, with the Hiroko variety coping better than M10. 👉 earthone-project.eu/research-pro...

- EARTHONE teams from UTH and ElGO DIMITRA carried out fieldwork on 13 November at two apple farms in Zagora. - The EU has adopted the new Soil Monitoring Law, aiming for healthy soils across Europe by 2050. It strengthens monitoring, supports farmers, and boosts soil resilience without adding new obligations. - The #EARTHONE pilot in Greece moves ahead. After a joint meeting between teams from the University of Thessaly and the Hellenic Agricultural Organisation ELGO DIMITRA, researchers will visit the pilot site on 6 Nov to sow legumes, measure distances, and collect soil samples.
