- Luna is by far the sweetest cat we've ever owned. But she is a vicious fighter when she wants the top spot on me. #caturday
- Was having a rough time this week, mentally. Journaled several pages before work, meditated twice as long and made a note on my planner to "Make Better Choices." And you know what? I had a better day today!

- Snowy birding is some of the best birding. It's so quiet! Saw a bunch of eastern towhees, which pleased me so much! #birds #birding
- If I must work, it's a @fullstorybaltimore.tours mug sort of day! :) 🧡 hot tea with two spoons of honey 🍯!! Also, if anyone has a local honey hookup... lmk. I used to get honey from a beekeeper in Woodberry but they retired and moved away.

- Music heals. Dave dropped me off at the BSO and he's at the Ottobar. Night out at the BSO was just what I needed to kick off this weekend.
- We need to start a campaign to get Pete Alonso to use Turnstile for his walk up song. When it came up at the #birdlandcaravan Q&A tongiht, Dave and at least one other fans yelled it out as a suggestion. #Orioles
- I used to tell people the first band I ever saw perform live was Nine Inch Nails. But actually, the first band I ever saw was Toad the Wet Sprocket. My dad drove me to the local college and waited outside for me. NiN is first concert I went to on my own. 😳
- A series of events lead me to bid & win this very lovely brooch collection. I'm pretty sure all of them are from art museums. I'm going to enjoy reading about each piece and wearing them. I feel very honored to now own this person's collection! store.metmuseum.org/blog/kingpin...
- Well, I'm an idiot who didn't read all the emails from the Orioles in December. Just now figuring out that Opening Day is not included with 40G plan. So, I'll be looking for tickets on resell market or O's site closer to the date.
- Are the O's incorporating a new bird logo? I logged in the ballpark app and see it's on all my e-tickets. Also been seeing it on social posts. I love the cartoon bird, but welcome change if it means winning. I believe in juju and vibes. #orioles
- Why does my #eBirdRecounted2025 make me a little weepy? Maybe because I met my personal goal of birding more in 2025, to Be A Better Birder? To be able to enjoy my personal birdwalks more, because I could ID more birds by sight and sound. I spent 444.5 hrs ebirding and walked 283.6 miles!
- Dropkick Murphys are releasing a new song called "Citizen I.C.E." The lyrics go: "Too scared to join the military/ Too dumb to be a cop."
