Here's a country-style sourdough bread loaf that my partner (a/k/a The Girlfriend™) baked a couple of days ago. It turned out great and was very tasty. The chief downside to baking with sourdough is the fact that producing a loaf of bread correctly takes about 2½ days, from start to finish. 🤷‍♂️
