- Dealing with family members is so mentally draining, I can't fathom how I came from this group of people. Like we get along fine because I know what topics to avoid, but then one will tell me they "Wish they could join ICE, actually do some good in the world" and I want to burst into flames

- Went ahead and scrubbed & locked ye olde twitter account. Not that I was using it anyways, but actually going through and clearing everything felt like a monumental task that would take ages. Of course it took 10 minutes and had 0 consequences

- Realized during this Steam sale that the excitement and fun of looking for new stuff to play has been swapped for suspicion and hesitation. Anything I have a shred of interest in, I feel like I'll put 10 hours in and then find out the devs are huge transphobes or there's a bunch of undisclosed AI

- It's been ~2 months since I stopped streaming full-time, a stressful and emotionally distressing decision after streaming 5 days/week for 4 years. Such a great decision and something I should have done a year ago. So much nicer just streaming once a week or 2 for funsies when I have time
- Stream attendance hasn't even suffered, and I think I'm far more pleasant to watch when I'm not stressing about performance and creating the most desirable content. idk I loved streaming so much but man it also sucked at every turn. Clearing that decision paralysis was an instant relief

- Starting the college app process at 31 feels extremely weird, like I'm running behind in life. But it wasn't a possibility earlier in life so better late than never!
- Went ~75 miles out into the hills to see if the aurora would be visible here. These are unedited straight off my phone, started with pretty little bands of green & exploded into color once the moon dropped a bit. Could see ~80% of this detail with naked eye, fantastic
