- Oooof refusing to use wix, Wordpress, Squarespace and go rogue building in notion has its pros and cons. I’m too tired to keep tinkering but here’s the more flushed out site electric-radius-cc3.notion.site/Women-s-Inte...
- Shout out to the people of the internet on Bluesky who chime in with nice things to say and to those who generally lift others up. Especially the astrology and healing communities, I appreciate each word of kindness. It helps keep the belief that most people are in fact good 🥹
- Happy full moon reveal! My mentor reached out and is connecting me with my potential first Huber Astrological Psychology Diploma student 🎉💫 This was the vision when I shut down my consulting practice a year ago and the February weather of the timing isn’t lost on me!

- My son is 5. This story ripped my heart out. This letter written by representative Castro brought tears to my eyes, as did seeing little Liam being able able to home. Crocket and others visiting and advocating made me a proud Texan. May all children everywhere be happy and free.
- Y’all. I can’t stress this enough. We had GOT to keep our nervous systems nurtured! I lifted weights and ate soup and I swear I’m getting of the news. That’s enough for one day. Also, thrifting proved fruitful so that was fun earlier. So I did indeed pull a thrift and lift Saturday.
- Morning drop off at prek is what fills me with hope. I see the humanity. All walks of life, all colors, income brackets. We love our kids. I see our worried faces. We have to be so brave right now for them. Today is super hero and princess dress up day. Parents have to be super heros right now 🥹
- I dream with intention. Mantra for today’s class with current Astro weather and Aries in Neptune for good. I formulated my integrated health concept as it entered last week. Brick by brick. Planting the seed. Excited.
- I’m bilingual, studied German in undergrad and graduate school. First husband was a German prof. Second husband IS half German. I’ve lived in Germany 3 times. I’ve visited Buchenwald. This whole American chapter has been a lot, and I hope we are all learning that forgetting isn’t good.
- On our “if we ever have money to retire and travel a bit” bucket list, this is on me and my husbands too 3. New discoveries too! Gobeklitepe fascinates me so much. New finds in Turkey's southeast add to picture of Neolithic age - www.reuters.com/science/new-...
- I had a whole year and a half long thread with mercury retrograde incidents and dental stuff mainly crowns and finally finished (fingers crossed) last big mercury retrograde. My sun/nn/Chiron is in the 6th so health in general is a through line. Teeth astrology 🦷😂
- I had a June 2012 Neptune Pisces baby. Since that time I moved multiple states multiple times.Got divorced. Life burnt down and recreated. Had a 2020 covid baby.Found the love of my life and remarried. Became a consulting astrologer. Started working again. Started dreaming again, just recently.
- I begin and end my classes with a quick little mantra. I am grateful for the gift of waking up today. I am grateful for this breath. I am grateful for this practice. Each breath is a gift. Be kind 🤍🪄
- To nourish ourselves, look to your Venus and Moon sign. What do they need? Does your inner child need tending? Do you need self care? It’s icy and cold. It’s vata season. How can we stay warm and tender, for mind body and spirit? My Venus is Taurus, moon Aquarius. Today I need to detach in comfort🪄
- My Horary from last year was right!!!I’m a beginner, it’s just for fun, I study frawley, and was poking around with themes. I asked last year if my boss was going to stay at the job. Her significator was sag—-mutable—-so I thought hmmm, she’s probably got one foot out the door
- Got to encourage some lovely Gen z colleagues today that they can utilize February astrology to really embrace their inner knowing. It was so nice to teach some grounded astrology and give an alternative to the crappy fear mongering pop astrology. That it’s a ripe season for good shifts 1/
- And just like that, the mood is better. We got better sleep, got the tough stuff discussed, and now more back to normal in my house. I’ll dance cardio today, and then play board games. Maybe stream clean if I feel ambitious. Also seriously starting to look at the eclipses 👀😮💨
- Today’s cap new moon was just really uninspiring and drudging! I’m so glad the day is over!!! Reboot tomorrow! Kinda funny though, and especially how for some it was a really great moon. Astrology cracks me up because the experience of it is so fractal!
- In today’s chapter of nourishing mind, body, and spirit, I accomplished body first. I’ve been healing knees and shoulders for a year and did my first 30min full body with weights! I didn’t max out, I went slow, had good awareness and breath work, and most importantly did not go for too long.
- I got a gadget at the thrift store to smash onions etc through a grate to julienne them and it’s LITERALLY THE BEST THING and I can do zucchini and now I’ve got a diakon to add and I’ll do a string fry with asparagus added. On the side honey marinated salmon from HEB. Food is my comfort💕🧅
- In addition to making sure you prioritize your nervous system in what ever way feels good for you, let’s all remember to be kind when we can. Today I helped my elderly neighbor off of the lawn. It’s cold. I happened to be home. She was on her hands and knees, she had fallen.
- I found some German astro nerds asking the same question on IG and they also didn’t find much. Indeed, this Sun-Mars-Venus conjunction is rare, like, really rare! Fascinating. I translated it but some of it’s still in German @nicola-allan.com
- Neptune at 29 degrees feels like the cedar pollen here. Can’t escape it. Can’t see it. Affects everything, makes you cranky and tired. Slows you down, can’t see correctly. I’m native Texan. The pollening comes every year, but we collectively forget it as soon as it’s over. Very neptunian.
