- How much does orthodontic work tend to run? I've a nasty overbite apparently likely worsening my grinding and also meaning I can't fix a lot of my damage. I...want to prevent it getting worse, but like, long term costs are a worry. If I can dodge surgery, do I need retainers forever?

- For those with severally fucked memories, how do you even begin to figure what kinds of trauma you do have? Given the current...news cycle, I'm being concerningly set off in ways of things I know I have trauma about, but I don't have any memory of any event to give me that...

- Switching to injections soon but for those on patches, if you sleep on a heating pad or blanket or anything, it will mess you up and absorb quicker(or my brand does anyway) Be careful.

- Seeing a lot of no alt text pictures again! Reminder to set bluetext to require alt text to post. Its not too hard to add it, and while more is better, just transcribing the text to alt text helps for many and is a good start. Especially for those who could copy paste the text.
