Has Apple just stopped thinking about UX?
Why, after years of users getting familiar with button positions in Safari, would you shift the menu higher so it’s A) not where habit expects it and B) sitting on top of content?
Also had to press 3 buttons to take a screenshot. Baffling design choices.
Jan 20, 2026 16:45They haven’t given a toss about UX for many years. It used to be exciting when an an upgrade to the OS happened, now it’s “oh god what have they fuckef up this time?” But still a million times better than EMIS.
Also having to click … to get the button to look at all tabs in mobile Safari. Why!?
