- I got low carb bagels from Walmart. Each bagel has 29 grams of fiber so that's a pass. That would kill my gut and probably have me in the hospital. Fiber oddly tends to have the complete opposite effect on my body.
- Someone in my apt building said "Congratulations on your victory!" Me: What? Trump? Honey that's not my victory, that's the world's victory.
- Can't get myself awake today. Plans to give the cat a bath. That might be it for the day.

- Just checking in. Got my exercise today, walked about a mile to get the bus, lugged home a backpack with about 20# of cat food. So yeah.
- Gotta take the cat to the vet today for itching (again). Reluctant to even use this vet, but in my small town, it's the inexpensive vet or the over my budget vet. It's shit to have to choose inexpensive when I'm not sure I think the service is any good at all based on a different cat.

- Trump is holding a rally today 10/26 at Madison Square Garden. The seating capacity there is just under 20K. The turnout around the venue is going to be YUGE. Get out and vote, people. Get. Out. And. Vote.
- The company I bought my ebike from is at least promising to reimburse me for the installation of a new controller. Yeah, I would think so given that it's not even a month out of the darn box!
- My new ebike is dead -again- This is unbelievable. 2 weeks out of the box and I've had problem after problem. Support is frustrating in emails. Now they're going to send me a new controller and reimburse me to have it installed.
- Also --- Can we all agree that outsourced phone representatives are disgustingly the norm now and they too suck? Had one today I could barely understand. All they want to do is apologize and talk over you. I hate all of them.
- Anyone have United Healthcare? You'd better hope you never need to use their so-called transportation services. Modivcare is the name of the contracted company and they SUCK.
- When it's 80 degrees on October 21st in Ohio, you can darn well bet I'm taking the new e-bike for a long run. Did my first grocery outing today. Milk crate on back rack, insulated bag for goodies. Could I have gotten Walmart+ delivery? Sure, but why miss out on a gorgeous fall day, plus exercise!
