- Some Thai Marshland birds, the ever present Red-wattled Lapwing, Open-billed Stork, Eastern Cattle Egret and Grey-headed Plover which may look familiar to UK twitchers🙂
- Great to watch an estimated 2 million Asian wrinkle lipped bats leaving their cave this evening near Khao Yai. Crested Goshawk, Shikras, Peregrine & Kestrel all trying to catch one🦇
- Some Thai Critters from the last few days Giant Black Squirrel, Slug Snake, Sun Bear & White-handed Gibbon🐵
- The Wader Fest continued today with the pick being 100’s of Nordmanns Greenshanks, Asiatic Dowitchers, Terek Sandpipers, Great Knots, Red-necked Stints……
- Sun Bear taking advantage of the facilities behind the cafe at the top of Kaeng Krachan, Thailand
- Thought there would be little chance when I arrived on site this am with 1000+ waders in front of me and most of them asleep then this little beauty picked its head up🥳 Spoony Sand, Khok Kham, Thailand

- For a full hour the male Siberian Thrush was on full view today unheard of for such a shy species. With only a handful of us watching it it was one of the highlights of 38 years of British Birding and one of the reasons I keep coming up here #Shetland2025
