- I handle a few things at The Arcane Library, but one of my favorite things is Customer Service. Here is why... 🧵 1) Everyone is excited and enthusiastic for Shadowdark. 2) When the rare issue comes up, I'm usually able to fix it quickly, which people seem pretty thrilled about.
- 3) It's fun being able to connect with people. Every time someone emails from Colorado, I make sure to say "Hi from Fort Collins" (where I live)....
- When people email from New Zealand, I greet them with the Māori greeting "Kia ora" (think how everyone uses "aloha" in Hawaii). I traveled around Slovakia in October, and I've helped no less than THREE customers from there since then, so I've got to share what I enjoyed about their country.

- Boy, do I have a lot of work I need to get done in the next 41 days... gotta lean on an old favorite: "I'm gunna make it through this year if it kills me." I also enjoy this acoustic version of The Mountain Goats' "This Year" a lot better than the original album version.
