- Trump is and has always been a racist. His father was racist too. While the Obama video is clear evidence of Trump's racism, anyone who has been paying attention already had plenty of evidence of Trump's racism.
- US foreign policy has tried for decades overthrow governments it doesn’t like. The track record is mostly failing at the overthrow and disaster when it succeeds. I guess the WSJ forgot their would be no Ayatollah today if the hadn’t overthrown Mosaddegh in 1953.

- I’m trying to figure out how this ICE nightmare ends. ICE officers has now murdered two people. The administration lying about it means ICE will murder more. We’ve never had a situation in this country where federal law enforcement becomes an illegal death squad. How does it end?
- There's sound economic logic to charge for property tax appeals since free appeals have only upside for the owner. If the owner wins, the county should pay them the fee so the county does not have an incentive to over assess. sanjosespotlight.com/santa-clara-...
