- In Broadview, IL last fall, federal violence at the local ICE facility saw several tear gas canisters and HUNDREDS of pepper balls deployed in under 10 minutes. Neighbors reported feeling it several blocks away in subsequent days, even with all their house windows closed.

- The counter-pros fail on two levels: 1) The majority of the school does not appear to want a TP chapter. 2) TP chapters inherently support the dominant forms of power in this country, so they can’t even claim they’re an oppressed minority like a gay club in a conservative town.
