- I once had a dream where i was vividly tripping balls on mushrooms and I was driving a car ( I would never do that IRL). I dont rember most of the details but I woke up because I drove into a cement jersy wall, the car instead of crumpling with realistic physics kind of glitched and drove ovet it.

- The glutamatergic system regulates learning, memory, and mood. Overactive glutamate signaling is linked to depression and addiction by causing excitotoxicity and dysregulating reward pathways. Modulating this system helps restore neural balance and emotional stability. #addiction #health #drugsky
- Modern U.S. diets are high in processed foods, sugar, and omega-6 fats, which fuel chronic inflammation. Additives like MSG and excess protein boost glutamate levels, overstimulating the brain and disrupting mood, focus, and emotional balance. #health #harmreduction #diet #usa #food #cognition
- Agmatine helps with mood, anxiety, depression, and addiction through NMDA and opioid receptor modulation. It also supports neuroprotection, boosts nitric oxide for better blood flow, and may improve insulin sensitivity and workout performance. #drugs #harmreduction #drugsky #safeuse
- Cognitive benefits: Agmatine may enhance learning and memory by promoting neuroplasticity, protecting neurons from excitotoxicity, and modulating key neurotransmitters like glutamate and serotonin. #nootropics #cognition #supplements
- Aniracetam’s memory/focus effects can be subtle, but the auditory boost is insane. Normally, synthesized voices blur into noise, and I drift off. On Aniracetam, I actually hear them as speech and stay locked in. #Nootropics #Aniracetam #CognitiveEnhancement #Biohacking
- I no longer feel that my rights or the will of the people are being upheld. The democratic system has failed we live under an oligarchy. How long until secession is openly discussed? It is our right as Americans to reject a failed government. This system no longer serves the people. #democracy

- Caffeine can surpass crack in addictiveness for some due to its functional enhancement, subtle euphoria, and widespread social acceptance. Individual brain chemistry dictates preferences; some may avoid dopamine-heavy crack due to anxiety, preferring caffeine, and its milder neurochemical effects.

- Oh cool I'll have to look into them I am really liking NOBS They make toothpaste tablets that come in a glass jar. So you can even avoid microplastic exposure.

- Universal healthcare could theoretically come with a public supply of hydroxyapatite, which is a completely non toxic alternative to fluride, But instead of being free, supplyed chemical waste that can be sold for-profit. It actually costs money to produce.
- Did you know ceramic mugs often use acrylic paint, releasing microplastics into hot coffee? Shockingly, all aluminum cans have plastic liners, so your drink gets both aluminum and microplastics. Even items you think are plastic-free might not be! #microplastics #environmental #health #fitness

- So you’re admitting that’s how fascists, not just Hitler, usually gain power through reactionary voting driven by frustration. But why don’t you see that as a bad thing? You’re basically describing a dangerous pattern and then defending it like it’s justified. I vote with logic, not with emotion.
- The fallacy is argumentum ad populum (appeal to popularity), where the truth of a claim is based on its widespread belief. In Nazi Germany, propaganda led many to accept harmful ideologies, showing that majority belief doesn't equal truth, as their beliefs were objectively false and destructive.

- Seeing politics as "us vs. y'all" is misguided. It's all "us," divided by elites using privatized medicine, food, and lobbying to control lives. Support wealthy individuals only if they prove to act ethically within this flawed system, as they hold power to drive meaningful change.
- I believe you meant "politics". I believe you meant done with not done of. Oh, so you think choosing not to financially support a further consolidation of power into far right billionaire/millionaire elites is throwing a fit while choosing to try to overthrow government is not, I'm confused?
- Possessing 1g of natural safe DMT can lead to 5+ years in prison, while producing tons of toxic plastics, which harm health and ecosystems, incurs no jail time and generates $580B annually. This stark disparity highlights legal systems prioritizing profits over environmental and public health.
- As the world's biggest plastic hater, I’m deeply disappointed in Liquid Death’s marketing and the entire food industry. They consistently fail to disclose their use of plastics and toxic contaminants in packaging, misleading consumers who care about their physical health. Transparency matters.
- Liquid Death’s “Death to Plastic” slogan is catchy but misleading. Their aluminum cans, like most, have plastic liners to prevent corrosion and maintain freshness. While they fight plastic pollution, consumers deserve transparency about all materials used. Eco-friendly claims should be clear.
- Conservatives, by definition, resist change, craving stability and repetition. This mirrors how trained dogs function: dopamine, the repetition neurotransmitter, surges during training, driving the dog to repeat tasks. Both seek comfort in sameness, reinforcing patterns through dopamine rewards.
- Conservatives act like trained dogs, conditioned to crave rewards like patriotism, religion, or tradition. These rewards hijack their brains, making them obedient and fearful of change. They protect the status quo, believing it gives security while living on "dog food," not "fresh meat." #politics
- They bark at progress, convinced it threatens their way of life, while elites thrive on their loyalty. Elites hand out just enough scraps jobs, wages, and myths to keep them obedient. Conservatives defend tax cuts and deregulation, guarding their owners’ wealth and power. #politicsky #liberal

- Elites profit while conservatives see their chains as freedom, proudly barking to protect the hand that feeds them. Trained to value survival over freedom, they reject systemic equality. They mistake their obedience for independence, living in comfort but never truly free. #True #funny #conservative

- To be clear by physical fitness and nutrition withdrawal I mean that I’m pretty sure in my case my depression was caused by eating unhealthy and not exercising as it went away completely by being consistently healthy. Also 8 hours of sleep with regular hours to support circadian rhythm is underrated
- For me depression was mainly physical exercise and nutrition withdrawal for a lack of better phrasing. After I fixed my physical health my mental health followed closely behind.

- Switching to paper/cardboard packaging reduces microplastic pollution and carbon emissions from plastic production. It encourages wood farming, increasing tree planting, which captures CO2, enhancing sustainability and mitigating climate change.
- Plastic names often mask its ubiquity terms like polyester, nylon, acrylic, or PET sound harmless but disguise the reality. You're wearing, drinking, breathing, and consuming plastics constantly, as industries rebrand to avoid admitting how deeply plastic infiltrates every aspect of daily life.

View full threadThere are over 10,000 chemicals in plastics, with at least 2,400 known to be hazardous. Global plastic production exceeds 400 million tons annually, releasing countless microplastics and chemicals into air, water, and food, saturating ecosystems and human bodies with synthetic toxins. #enviroment
- Microplastics worsen climate change by emitting up to 56 gigatons of CO2 annually during production, disposal, and degradation. Incineration releases greenhouse gases, while microplastics disrupt ocean carbon sinks, reducing their ability to absorb 10% of global emissions. #climate #climatechange
- Microplastics and their chemicals disrupt hormones, harm fertility, damage organs, impair immunity, and increase cancer risk. Linked to inflammation, oxidative stress, and neurotoxicity, these chemicals accumulate from food, water, air, and products, causing widespread, long-term harm #healthsky

- Taurine is a amino acid that supports heart, brain, and muscle health. It enhances exercise performance, reduces fatigue, improves hydration, supports antioxidant defenses, and aids electrolyte balance. Safe at 2-3g daily, it boosts recovery and promotes overall wellness #healthsky #medical #drugsky
- Taurine protects against drug toxicity by reducing oxidative stress, inflammation, and calcium overload. It shields the heart, brain, and liver from damage caused by alcohol, amphetamines, antidepressants, and NSAIDs. Its antioxidant and membrane-stabilizing effects enhance cell resilience. #drugs
