- What an incredible week! Spent time with my postdoc supervisor Norbert Stock, attended the Nobel Lectures, co-organized a MOF symposium, attended the Nobel Reception & Student Nobel Night Cap, and co-organized a visit by Prof. Omar Yaghi. So happy to have met so many figures in MOF history!
- SAVE THE DATE! The 11th European Crystallography School (ECS11) takes place June 28–July 4, 2026, in Stockholm, Sweden. Topics: single-crystal X-ray diffraction, powder X-ray diffraction & 3D electron diffraction. Learn from leading experts through lectures and hands-on workshops! www.ecs11.org
- I had another fun opportunity talking about #MOFs this time on the Swedish kids news program Lilla Aktuellt with my colleague Mathias Nero! #NobelPrize urplay.se/serie/240068...
- Had the fantastic opportunity to demonstrate MOF synthesis for the Swedish news program Aktuellt on SVT! www.svtplay.se/video/8myQL5...
- Delighted to see our paper on SU-102 for capturing pharmaceutical pollutants from wastewater included in the @nature.com collection on #MOF papers in celebration of the #NobelPrize! www.nature.com/collections/...
- So excited about this year’s Nobel Prize in Chemistry! I’m grateful to these pioneers, along with other scientists, for developing the fascinating field of MOFs, and for the inspiration they have provided me and a new generation of chemists. What exciting times! #MOFs #NobelPrize

- Carmine is a red pigment used since antiquity to color textiles, in paintings by Rembrandt and Van Gogh, and today as a food coloring agent (E120). Very excited that @esvenssongrape.bsky.social finally reveals the crystal structure of carmine by #3DED! pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/...
